Thank you for ordering from us! We greatly appreciate your business.
We guarantee the delivery of a fresh, beautiful bouquet every time. Substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal and regional conditions.
- When placing your order, please indicate the date on which your order is to be delivered.
- Please supply us with your contact number not just an email in case we need to verify the order.
- For same day delivery we need to receive the order before 10am - some delivery area restrictions may apply. We will let you know.
- Orders received after 10am will be delivered the next business day.
- Order cancellation requests must be received the day before or you will be charged the full price of flowers and delivery.

- If we are unable to deliver your order on the selected date due to circumstances within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- If we are unable to make a delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (for instance, the recipient is not at home or away on vacation), you will not be entitled to a refund.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
- Please note - if you provide us with incorrect or incomplete delivery information on placing your order, we will not be able to guarantee delivery.
- If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you to confirm the details or to acquire additional information from you.
- Please note that changes to delivery information should be made at least two business days before the scheduled delivery date. For example, if your order is for May 3, you should contact us before 5pm on May 1st.
- The Bloom Bloom Room will not be liable if your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, and you will therefore not be entitled to a refund.
- If, for whatever reason, the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.
We take great pride in our work, and guarantee our product. If you are not satisfied with your floral arrangement please call the shop within 24 hours to let us know. Your business is important to us, if you have any comments or concerns regarding your order, please call the shop and we will be happy to assist you.
